Recognising and Halting Your Procrastination Habits and Patterns
Procrastination is an issue that many people use to put off doing something that they don’t want to do. Although sometimes they may claim that they do want to do it, they put it off until the last moment, or they just keep putting it off forever due to not having a deadline.
What is procrastination?
People who procrastinate may know that they must do something before a deadline but wait until the last moment to do it, if they do it at all, for a variety of reasons depending on the type of procrastinator they are.
Some procrastinators have different reasons for putting off various activities, so your reasons may vary from task to task. But the general sign of procrastination is putting off something by doing something else (not always useful either) to avoid the task they need to do.
